Our Cardamom Bitters were originally created as part of a signature cocktail for a good friend’s bachelorette getaway. The drink was a hit, but I wasn’t sure what else I would use them for, so I started playing around. It turns out cardamom goes with just about everything. I often call them duplicitous because they add a lovely depth to sweeter fruit-based drinks, but also blend right in with the smoky characteristics of a mezcal or scotch.
