Payment & Shipping
All credit / debit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as ShopPay.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Oregon does not apply sales tax to purchases shipped within the state of Oregon. Purchases shipped to other states will be charged the appropriate tax rate that coincides with that state.
When will my order ship?
We will make every effort to ship items within three business days. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email and provide an update on when your order will ship.
Shipping rates?
We are currently running a $9 flat rate on shipping. We will continually research options to pass on lower shipping rates to our customers and make changes as we see fit. Shipping discount does not apply to wholesale orders.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Let us know by email as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellations will be confirmed by email.
Refund Policy
For safety and contamination concerns All sales are final. Please be confident in your selection before finalizing your purchase.
Termination of Agreements
Mad Sass Soap Co has the right to terminate a transaction for any reason, at any time.
Mad Sass Soap Co products are not for resale without written permission. Please contact naomi@madsasssoap.com or marc@madsasssoap.com if interested in wholesale or custom orders.
Will my product look exactly like the product in the photo?
No. We do our best to accurately photograph our soaps/scrubs/etc. so that colors and design details are accurate. Due to the nature of artisan products, please expect slight variations. We believe this lends to the hand made nature of the products.
