We currently ship throughout the US and Canada and all orders over $50 ship free (US only). Shipping discount does not apply to wholesale orders. As a small business, we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, but we may run into delays—we aim to ship orders within 3 business days.
We are not responsible for lost packages or delays within the mailing system. To protect your package against loss, theft, or damage, please select Route Protection at checkout.
Oregon does not apply sales tax to purchases shipped within the state of Oregon. Purchases shipped to other states will be charged the appropriate tax rate that coincides with that state.
We will make every effort to ship items within three business days. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email and provide an update on when your order will ship. In the case of high temperatures, we may delay shipping since heat may damage some products.

24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Let us know by email as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellations will be confirmed by email.
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we are happy to exchange or offer in-store credit on items purchased within 30 days and with the original receipt. Returns for in-store credit or exchanges can be made in-store or online. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges if applicable.
For refunds to your original form of payment, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

No. We do our best to accurately photograph our soaps/scrubs/etc. so that colors and design details are accurate. Due to the nature of artisan products, please expect slight variations. We believe this lends to the handmade nature of the products.
